Kyrgyzstan is a rich country with a free and proactive civil society, where public procurement monitoring becomes an effective development tool, and all stakeholders actively cooperate, share knowledge and create innovations. Therefore, we strive to be a platform that will lay the foundation for each member to contribute, find support and inspiration, and develop and learn with others.

Our mission is to ensure a transparent and responsible public procurement system in Kyrgyzstan by bringing together activists, experts and stakeholders. Our portal is a unique platform that supports and inspires all stakeholders to make positive changes in the public procurement system. We are ready to overcome challenges and adapt to new opportunities while maintaining our integrity and fundamental principles for the benefit of society.

Goal and tasks

Our goal is to create an ecosystem that brings together activists and all stakeholders who support the idea of ​​continuous improvement of the public procurement system and strive to ensure transparency, openness and efficiency of public procurement for the improvement and development of society and the state.

To do this, we will focus on the following tasks:

1. Develop a platform for bringing activists and stakeholders together, providing a convenient interface, communication and collaboration;
2. Create educational materials, online courses and trainings on monitoring public procurement to improve the skills of community members;
3. Conduct information campaigns, create information materials and organize events to raise public awareness about public procurement and inform about current innovations in this area;
4. Actively interact with government agencies, public organizations and other stakeholders, consult and offer recommendations for improving the public procurement system.
5. Monitor public procurement, analyze and document violations and corrupt practices, initiate investigations and take legal action to combat them.
